Step1. Add PPTs to this PowerPoint to AVI converter
Drag and drop PowerPoint presentations into the file list, or click "Add PPT File(s)" button to choose the PPTs you want to load them. Then the PowerPoint to AVI converter will automatically read all the slides in the PPT files, making them available for previewing.
Step2. Adjust output settings

Step3. Rehearse your presentation and record (Optional)
1. Select the PPT you wish to rehearse or add a narration to from the file list.
2. Click "Record Checked File(s)" button and start to enter the slide show mode.
3. Click on the current slide or click "Presentation Record" button at the right bottom to start rehearsal and recording. You can add narrations and record the music during rehearsal.
4. After rehearsal finished, click "Stop Recording" button and then a dialog pops up asking you whether to convert.
5. Select "Convert" to start converting the recorded file, or select "Not Convert" to abort recording, or select "Cancel" to continue recording.
Step 4: Add watermarks (Optional)
1. Highlight the PPT file and click "Add Watermark" button on the toolbar to go to watermark window.
2. Click "Add Text Watermark" or "Add Picture Watermark" button to enter the text or choose a picture as the watermark. You can add multiple watermarks here.
3. Set Transparency, Position, Font, Color, Size, or Style for each watermark, then preview the effects or even compare the after-effect video with the original one.
4. Click "Apply" and "OK" to finish adding watermarks.
Step 5: Convert
Click "Convert Checked File(s)" button on the toolbar to start converting PPTs to AVI videos.
Tips:
1. If you ignore the Step 3, then the converted AVI videos will retain all the features in the original presentation.
2. Click "Rapid Convert Checked File(s)" button to convert PPT file without any effects (sound, animation, etc.) included.
